Cookie Policy
Please read the following carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding the use of cookies on this website. By browsing, accessing or using this website you are demonstrating that you understand and agree to our cookie policy. This policy may be updated or modified from time to time, so we encourage you to re-read this page to stay up-to-date on any changes and/or updates that have occurred.

What are Cookies: Cookies are small text strings that the sites you visit send to your terminal (usually to your browser), where they are stored for later retransmission to the same sites on your next visit. No important or sensitive data is exchanged via cookies. The cookies used on this website do not collect any personally identifiable information about you, such as your name or address, but serve to improve your experience on the site, to make it more efficient perhaps by remembering your preferences when you return to our website. Cookies can be divided into two macro-categories:

  • technical cookies, in turn divided into browsing or session cookies, statistical or analytical cookies (where used by the operator of the site or if tools are adopted that reduce the identifying power of cookies and the third party does not cross-reference the information collected with others it already has), functionality cookies
  • profiling cookies

Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of “carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service” (see Article 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code). They are not used for any further purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner or operator. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which ensure normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas). This type of cookie is used within the scope of this site.

Statistical or analytical cookies are assimilated to technical cookies where they are used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, about the number of users and how they visit the site. Third-party analytical cookies are also assimilated to technical cookies if tools are adopted that reduce the identifying power of the cookies and the third party does not cross-reference the information collected with others it already has (anonymize IPs). Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc.that uses the personal data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this site, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google may use personal data to contextualize and personalize ads in its advertising network. This Google Analytics integration anonymizes your IP address. The anonymization works by abbreviating within the borders of the Member States of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area the IP address of users. Only in exceptional cases, the IP address will be sent to Google’s servers and abbreviated within the United States. This type of cookie is used within the scope of this site, ensuring in advance that the third party complies with the above requirements.

Functionality cookies allow the user to navigate according to a set of selected criteria (for example, language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same. The installation of such cookies does not require the prior consent of users, while the obligation of this information pursuant to art.13, c.3 Privacy Code remains. This type of cookie is used within the scope of this site.

Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles related to the user and are often used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the same in the context of web browsing. This type of cookie is not used as part of this site.

A cookie can be defined as “session” or “persistent” in relation to its permanence or storage duration. “Session” cookies have a duration linked to the browsing session while so-called persistent cookies can last a long time but you can remove them at any time if you wish.

Most browsers are initially set to automatically accept cookies. If you use different devices to access this website (computer, cell phone, tablet, etc.) You will need to make sure that your device’s browser is set to accommodate your cookie preferences.

We report a list with the most detailed information for disabling cookies in relation to the main web browsers:

If you wish to delete any cookies that may already be on your computer, please read your browser’s instructions by clicking on the “Help” item in the relevant menu.

We do not use profiling cookies on this website, only technical cookies and in particular technical session cookies that maintain the user’s state between page requests and sometimes technical functionality cookies to store preferences (e.g. language). We also use statistical or analytical cookies appropriately processed to anonymize IPs.
